Assessor Engineering (40 hours per week)

As part of our mission to be the world’s leader in maritime simulation and training CSMART Academy has developed a unique Proficiency Training and Assessment program (PTA) with the final aim to improve safety standards. The program is divided in two components; one designed to provide officers with recurrent training and another one to assess their professional competencies.

Each officer will attend the PTA annually, following models adopted by other safety critical industries. For this very reason CSMART is currently looking for quality maritime professionals who are interested in becoming qualified Assessors for the PTA.
