OWNERSHIP/RIGHTS TO USE. This website is controlled and operated by CSMART – Center for Simulator Maritime Training, part  of Carnival Corporation & plc Group with office in Almere, the Netherlands. CSMART is committed to respect the privacy of its website visitors and to create a trusted online environment.  CSMART website visitors acknowledge that CSMART, its affiliates or those from whom it may have received rights to publish material, are the owners of all rights in the material contained in this site under the copyright laws of all applicable jurisdictions. It is prohibited to distribute copies of the materials for any purpose, (re)publish, or use (parts) of material in any site other than the CSMART without prior written consent from CSMART. All disputes that arise under these terms shall be settled according to the “Reglement van het Nederlands Arbitrage Instituut” (Regulation of the Dutch Arbitration Institute). Site user shall bear its own costs associated with the arbitration. Site users hereby consent to jurisdiction and venue in the Netherlands and waive any claim of forum non conveniens.
